Are the courses self-paced or do they follow a fixed schedule? +

All of our courses are 100% self-paced. Once you enrol and your payment is confirmed, you receive immediate digital access to all course materials including videos, PDFs, and resources. You can study at any hour and from any location, with no deadlines or fixed class times.

Will I receive a recognised certificate after completing a course? +

Yes. Upon successful course completion, you receive a digitally verifiable UK certificate issued under AlHuda Education Ltd (Company No. 17303499). Each certificate includes a unique verification ID that can be validated by employers and academic institutions.

What level of experience is required to enrol? +

How do I book a career support session? +

Simply visit our Contact page and fill in the enquiry form, selecting "IT Career Coaching" or "CV & Resume Review" as your enquiry type. One of our advisors will contact you to coordinate a virtual one-on-one session.

Payments & Security
What payment methods are accepted? +

Is my payment information stored on your servers? +

No. AlHuda Education Ltd does not store any payment card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by our secure third-party payment provider which is fully PCI DSS certified. Your financial data is never accessible to us directly.

When will I get access after payment? +

Course access is delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive an automated confirmation email with your course access credentials within minutes of completing checkout. If you do not receive this within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us immediately.

Refunds & Cancellations
What is your refund policy? +

Can I cancel my enrolment after accessing the course? +

Yes, within the 14-day refund window. However, if more than 60% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded, a partial refund may apply at our discretion. Please read our Cancellation Policy for full terms.

How long does a refund take to process? +

Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 3–5 working days. The time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider (usually 5–10 business days).
