AlHuda Education Ltd is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital IT course purchases. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are granted, the process for requesting one, and the applicable exclusions.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, provided that:

  • Your refund request is submitted within the 14-day window.
  • Less than 60% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • The certificate of completion has not been issued or claimed.
  • The request is made by the original purchaser using the registered email address.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@alhudaeducationltd.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following:

  • Your full name and email address used at purchase.
  • Your order/transaction reference number.
  • The name of the course purchased.
  • A brief reason for your refund request.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 3–5 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made after 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
  • More than 60% of course materials have been accessed.
  • The course completion certificate has been claimed or downloaded.
  • The purchase was made under a promotional or discounted rate unless otherwise stated.
  • IT career mentoring and coaching session fees (non-refundable once session has commenced).

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. The credit may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and will be disputed. Our customer service team is available to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
